Q&A
I have iGroom Argan + Vitamin E Conditioner, Luxury Pet Beauty Care, Optimize and when I dilute it it does not dissolve in the quart container I use. The conditioner is thick and forms particulars rather than dissolving. Is this normal? Should it dissolve to make one harmonious liquid? When it forms separate globs it doesn't seem like it would reach all of the dogs coat.
Hi John, Unfortunately, because of the moisturizing natural oils in the conditioner, the formula is not easily as soluble in water and sometimes it is harder to get the conditioner to dilute. However, we suggest using warm water and giving it a really good shake to help emulsify the formula. If this still doesn't work, the conditioner does not necessarily need to be diluted. When bathing my dog at home, for example, I start with a little bit of conditioner and rub it in with water as I clean. Then, I can always add more as I need. Not diluting the product will give you more control when using it! Hope this helps! iGroom
